In this article from The World Property Journal - According to a new report by Transwestern, there was no slowing down the U.S. industrial market in the fourth quarter of 2018. Despite nearly 1 billion square feet of new inventory delivered in the past three years, vacancy ended the quarter at 4.7 percent, less than half of the post-recession high of 9.5 percent in 2010.
