The National Association of Home Builders confidence level rose for a 5th consecutive month and the highest in four years. NAHB is one of the leading indicator of how the real estate market is trending. With confidence rising there will be an increase in new construction which means the NAHB expects more consumers to be in the market. With more consumers in the market and new projects on the way, this will create more jobs further fueling the economy.
