In this article from CoStar - Through Sept. 30, 2013, Fannie and Freddie have reduced their exposure by $18.9 billion and $11.7 billion, respectively. Nomura said it expects sales of multifamily-directed bonds from the GSEs to remain limited through the end of this year but ramp up in 2014.
