In this article from The Wall Street Journal - This year, 10 new REITs in Ireland, Spain, the U.K. and other countries have raised $4.2 billion through August, a record for the first eight months of a year, according to data provider Dealogic. That is up from 10 offerings with proceeds of $1.9 billion in all of 2013.
