In this article from the NAIOP Source - Real estate executives are cautiously optimistic, according to the KPMG 2012 Commercial Real Estate Outlook survey. Sixty-three percent of respondents expect the United States economy to recover in 2014 or later, as opposed to 77 percent who, in the 2011 KPMG survey, predicted the recovery would be complete by the end of 2013.
